Just Checking In

Hey, y’all. Happy Thursday! I just wanted to put up a little post to catch up with everyone and fill you guys in on some of the things coming up in the next week or so! 🙂Firstly, this week has taken it out of me so far, haha. I feel like most of the folks that reside in the US like me get the gist. It’s been some of the longest four days of my life and I feel like I’m just kind of in maintenance mode as of late— and may kind of be for the next few years lmao. BUT! That being said, I’m trying to be as optimistic as I can. Staying informed about things without dwelling, doing what I can to help who I can, etc. So a lot of these past few weeks for me have sort of been like I’ll learn a jawdropping piece of information, and then immediately do a distracting activity. Some of my favorite distraction activities lately have been: 1. Playing MapleStory again for the first time in like 8 years (omfg??? It’s insane now???) 2. Trying to get back on track for reading because I got busy and completely forgot I set goals for the year. (I’m still on Yumi and the Nightmare Painter. I need to finish this book lmfao.) 3. Started watching Yellowjackets!! (Actually so good? Insane but so good??)

4. Nappin’. (Do not talk to me about my sleeping habits idc.)

5. I don’t know if I mentioned it in the previous post— but we also have a shop update coming in February! 🙂 So I’ve been throwing my weight into making sure everything is ready for that drop. We’ve got stickers, postcards, some new prints some other fun goodies all coming in. ALSO! I’ll have my first art booth ever to sell physically in in February as well! So, there’s lots of things to do to keep my brain busy and buzzing. My biggest hope for you all is that you also have things that you can throw yourselves into this way, so that we aren’t all constantly spiraling. I think a big part of making it through these next few years is just pacing ourselves and keeping it together. And being kind over all else.

Anywho, I’ve also got some more work related stuff in the lineup.I’m working on some Youtube stuff because I’m ngl— I sort of missed making videos! I uploaded that one about my books from 2024 and had a lot of fun yapping, so I kinda wanna work that into the schedule a bit more. I have some stuff planned out but I can’t really tell you when that’ll all be up other than hopefully soon. :’)I’m working on packaging/booth postage/signage for that in person booth too! So if y’all ever wanna chat ab branding with me right now is for sure the time to do it. :’) I have such a weird vision for how I want things to look and be displayed in my head… So I’m hoping I can execute it the way I want!! I’ll show y’all more of that stuff when it comes in too. Other than that, I’ve done some kinda minor site updates as well: -added some new links to the cool stuff/resources page -added some new stuff to the creechur/frank page

-having a weird bug with our old chatbox so I updated it and have a temporary one up in it’s place rn until I can figure out what the deal is

Pretty basic, I know. But truly I’m not looking to overhaul this place or anything just yet as we’ve only JUST gotten to the point where I feel like things are cozy. 🙂 As always, if y’all notice something isn’t quite right/buggy just lmk! That’s about all I have for y’all for now. I’m going to attach some of the funky standees and mannequins I saw at the thrift while I’ve been scouring for booth supplies below this– so check em out if you wanna see something weird!
